Abstract

Abstract: 

The toxicity of phytoplankton is a growing problem in the world. This toxicity occurs primarily when cyanobacteria form superficial water flowers. Microcystis aeruginosa is the most frequently offended species. Depending on the environmental conditions, they can proliferate and some clones can synthesize one or more toxins Several families of cyanotoxins have been characterized including microcystins which are the most frequent cyanotoxins. In this context, this work aims to compare the magnitude of toxic and genotoxic effects of microcystins on the liver and intestine of mice when these hepatotoxins are administered by two different routes: oral and intraperitoneal routes of administration. As well as their cytotoxic effect in vitro on some celular lines.

عتبر سمية العوالق النباتية مشكلة متنامية في العالم. تحدث هذه السمية بشكل أساسي عندما تكون البكتيريا الزرقاء الزرقاء زهرات مائية سطحية. [ميكروسستيس] [أيروجنوسا] النوع أكثر غالبا أساء. اعتمادا على الظروف البيئية، يمكن أن يتكاثر وبعض المستنقعات يمكن أن يركب واحدة أو أكثر من السمينات العديد من الأسر من السيانوتوكسين قد ميزت بما في ذلك السيستينات الدقيقة التي هي أكثر السيانوتوكسينات شيوعا. وفي هذا السياق، يهدف هذا العمل إلى مقارنة حجم الآثار السمية والجينوتوكسية للميكروسيستينز على الكبد والأمعاء للفئران عندما تتم إدارة هذه الهيباتوتوكسين من خلال مسارين مختلفين: الطرق الفموية والداخلية للفيران بالإضافة إلى تأثيرها السيوتوكسي في المختبر على بعض خطوط الخلايا.

La toxicité du phytoplancton est un problème dont l'importance est grandissante dans le monde. Cette toxicité se manifeste surtout lors de l'ingestion de cyanobactéries formant des fleurs d'eau superficielles. Microcystis aeruginosa est l'espèce la plus fréquemment incriminée. En fonction des conditions environnementales, elles peuvent proliférer et certains clones peuvent synthétiser une ou plusieurs toxines Plusieurs familles de cyanotoxines ont été caractérisées dont les microcystines qui sont les cyanotoxines les plus fréquentes. Dans ce contexte, ce travail vise à comparer l’ampleur des effets toxiques et génotoxiques des microcystines sur le foie et l’intestin des souris, lorsque ces hépatotoxines sont administrées par deux différentes voies : la voie orale et la voie intrapéritonéale. Ainsi que leur effet cytotoxique in vitro sur quelques lignées celulaires.
